Voter ID laws were a bit of a bust last year, but that was mostly because they came too late and ran into problems in the courts. Needless to say, that doesn’t mean the Republican Party has given up on them. Nor have they given up on the idea of gaming the Electoral College to give themselves an artificial advantage in the 2016 election. Steve Benen rounds up the latest news here.
